With more than 100 visual productions and 1,000 events under his belt, Michael’s background in both digital strategy and real-world activation bridges creativity and commerce. From high-impact paid media to public-sector communications, he’s driven by authenticity, impact, and innovation.

Amanda Hall
Amanda Hall brings a rare blend of entertainment industry experience and traditional marketing insight to Charlotte’s Webb. After earning her degree in Broadcast Communications from Point Park University, Amanda sharpened her skills in Los Angeles, working across film, TV, live events, and talent strategy. Now back in Pittsburgh, she’s the engine behind much of our operations—where logistics meet creativity. Her sharp eye for detail and deep-rooted knowledge of audience engagement help us deliver seamless, high-impact campaigns.

Jocelyn Hopkins
Jocelyn Hopkins is our organizational backbone, balancing big-picture strategy with flawless execution. With a knack for identifying client needs and driving results, Jocelyn makes sure every project moves with clarity and momentum. With over 20 million views across platforms, Ja’Juan Hill is a powerhouse in digital marketing, content creation, and cultural strategy. A graduate of The Pop District’s digital marketing program and a published author, he fuses storytelling with tactical digital execution to build communities and spark conversations. Whether launching viral content or building influencer campaigns, Ja’Juan’s work is rooted in creativity, purpose, and real-world impact.

Melaiya Jones
Melaiya Jones is a content architect and brand builder who knows how to turn stories into strategy. Hailing from Homewood, Pittsburgh, she earned her degree in Digital Media Communications and Marketing from Clarion University. Today, she runs her own production studio while collaborating with Charlotte’s Webb to help brands deepen their identity and expand their digital presence. Her work with nonprofits and small businesses reflects her passion for purpose-driven storytelling.
